Brandeis reunion

Over the weekend we had our second visitor stay with us, the first being my parents in October. This time it was a student of Seth's who graduated last year but is currently studying in London. It was a good excuse to revisit some of the big sites (like David and the Uffizi) and indulge in coffee, gelato, a pastries :o) We also treated ourselves to Pizzaiuolo one night (always a hit!) and dinner at a great little trattoria the next. Here the three of us met with another Brandeis student from the music department--his fiancée is an appointee at I Tatti this year, so the two of them are spending the semester in Florence, too. What a small world!

A little off topic, but here is the true reason why Seth has been taking the early pulmino up to I Tatti in the mornings!
